Originally formed in 2022, Zink Mobile Notary was established by Elizabeth with Victor joining the business full time in 2025. After having our son we valued the flexibility that didn't align with the priorities of typical jobs. Just the same we wanted to offer a reprieve to the community around us and the lives we know are chaotic at times. This business allows us to do both, work (and play) on our schedule and define the life we want to have with our family and friends.
Our team carries one million dollars in errors and omissions insurance. We have a thorough understanding of Colorado State notary law and strive to run our company with the highest level of integrity. We have mobile scanners and dual tray laser printer to travel to a location convenient to you. We takes great pride in our attention to detail and triple check our work for accuracy. We prioritizes prompt document return and fast, friendly service.
Elizabeth is a Colorado native and enjoys finding adventures with her family and friends around Colorado. She also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts. Her background is in linguistics, speech, and hearing sciences, prior to starting her own notary business. She loves working with people of all ages.
Elizabeth is commissioned through the State of Colorado and certified from the National Notary Association since 2022. (NNA since 2022). She has completed training with the Loan Signing System (LSS) and she is a member of the Colorado Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent Success and Meetup Network with ongoing continuing education.

Also a Colorado-native, Victor enjoys hiking, camping, and all the high country sight seeing he can get. With a background in IT and project management, he brings organization, professionalism, and customer service to every meeting.
Victor is also commissioned by the State of Colorado as a Notary Public, trained and certified by the National Notary Association as well as the Loan Signing System to meet all your general notary, estate planning, and loan signing needs. He's also ready for any electronic notary (IPEN) or remote notarizations (RON) you may need.
